The Company has been notified that today David Somers, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24p per share. Mr Somers is now interested in 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
